About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume healthcare recruiting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of clinical and non-clinical positions in fast-paced healthcare environments. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients are staffed with top-tier talent to support quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles in the healthcare sector
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, ATS systems, referrals, and networking.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strategic sourcing plans.
  • Fill high-volume requisitions quickly while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs to ensure hiring goals are met.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on high-volume healthcare roles.
  • Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or similar settings.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, JobDiva).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
