We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life visually and help us connect with our customers across digital platforms and in-store experiences.
In this role you will…- Design and develop merchandising assets and promotional materials in compliance with cannabis regulations
- Create digital assets for social media, web, email, and advertising campaigns
- Support in-store material design projects including signage and promotional displays
- Manage and support visual consistency across brand platforms and marketing channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and creative execution bringing creative concepts to life
- Edit and select imagery, ensuring high quality use across print and digital projects
- Prepare final files for print and coordinate with vendors as necessary
- Maintain and organize design archives, templates, and brand resources
- Support short-form video, GIF, or motion graphic projects
- Stay up-to-date on cannabis branding trends, compliance guidelines, and digital design best practices
- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned
Skills And Experience You Have... - 2-3+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print projects (required with application)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Canva
- Dutchie platform experience is preferred
- Previous cannabis industry experience and knowledge of cannabis branding preferred
- Strong organization skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Ability to be a self-starter
