Summary:

We’re in search of Visual Merchandising Manager V with 5+YOE required Team is looking for an experience Program/Project Manager that is able to create PM processes from the ground up and create and enforce strict timelines with internal stakeholders, including management and leadership. Keynote experience is highly desired. Merchandising experience could be beneficial but is not required.

The Retail Merchandising - WW Visual Merchandising Program Manager is responsible for program management and communication of all NPI, Campaign and Programs across hero products, accessories and services. We are seeking a highly detailed and passionate individual with a track record for working cross-functionally to meet key milestones and deliverables .

Key Qualifications:
Develop and oversee merchandising plans and readiness for product launches, campaign moments, and store resets.
Determine and brief immersive customer experience requirements including signage, digital and interactive content, product displays and fixtures.
Lead partnership and process improvement with cross-functional teams across Retail and Client, Inc. Present regularly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Communicate strategy on a regular basis to leadership and field organization.
Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving internal and external ways of working across cross-functional work streams .

Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to get results across a large matrixed organization in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Thrives working during intensive periods under bold deadlines.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred) or industry equivalent experience.

 

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $90 to $91.11/hour
