Job Description

Job Overview:  

We are seeking motivated a Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic sales team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in connecting dental practices with the solutions they need to thrive. This is a full time, non-exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services.
  • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed and a desire to make a positive impact in the dental industry.

Travel/Physical Demands:  

  • Remote role, although occasional travel may be required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Extensive use of hands and fingers for typing, operating a mouse, and using a phone.
  • Regular communication via phone and online chat, requiring clear speech and hearing.
  • Ability to work in an office you provide with minimal distractions.

COMPENSATION :  

$19 an hour plus commissions based on scheduled consultations!

Schedule: This position is 8 AM - 5 PM PST
