VeilSun is seeking a business-minded Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic, mission-driven team.

Pay range: $80,000 to $110,000 full time

What you will be doing

As a results-focused Self Starter, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for hands-on project management across multiple business applications and integrations in various states of the Software Development Life Cycle. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience working closely with business customers, internal teams and managing projects in the software industry. 

• Understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with both business and development teams

• Vet business and technical requirements

• Learn from and freely share knowledge with others, and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams

• Work independently or on a team, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Natural problem solver with a strong awareness of risk

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable with initially undefined projects

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge

• Proactively identify opportunities for client upsell

• Creating solutions for clients using Quick Base and/or other current technologies the company is using

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry

• Negotiation: 3 years (Preferred)

• Time Management: 3 years (Preferred)

• QuickBase Experience: 2+ years (Preferred, will learn on the job)

• Coding background in web-based applications

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies

• Experience with Process-driven applications

• Self-driven, independent, and accountable

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and an intense desire to succeed

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
