Job Description

Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into insights, develop reporting and analytics solutions, and help shape the way we use data strategically. Responsibilities + Lead the development and maintenance of standard and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools. + Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. + Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into clear analytical deliverables. + Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a concise, actionable format. + Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across reporting environments. + Mentor junior analysts and help establish best practices for analytics and reporting workflows. Requirements Required Skills & Experience + 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles. + Strong experience with SQL (writing, optimizing, and validating queries). + Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). + Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical audiences. + Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics best practices. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Python or R for data manipulation or statistical analysis. + Familiarity with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). + Background supporting Finance, Operations, Marketing, or Product teams is a plus.
