Role : ServiceNow Scrum Master
Location : Remote but must be local to Autin, TX
Manage User Stories, Sprint Backlog, and Kanban Board
Experience with working with Product Owners/Managers and maintain Product Backlog
Plan the agenda for a 2-week sprint.
Define, measure, and improve using KPIs like Burndown chart and Velocity
Add acceptance criteria to the User Stories in the Sprint Plan.
Plan and run the daily stand up,
Creating a plan to deliver a working solution.
Backlog Refinement, Packaging, Deployment, and Release
Facilitate Scrum events.
Support PI execution.
Coach teams to constantly improve.
You will have proven experience in managing and running a scrum team leveraging ServiceNow Agile and SaFe methodologies
Experience with SCRUM
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD))
Experience with leading agile teams in a large project requiring coordination between teams
Validate a Quality Plan and Plan Sprint Execution
