In this role, you'll manage teams of ~25 resources (QA/Testers and Systems Analysts - 12 15 each), coordinating closely with Facets Developers working in Facets Core and XC. The work includes custom claims processes, defect remediation, enhancements, and stabilization efforts tied to IL Medicaid Runout and ongoing TX/IL Medicaid claims processing.

This is a hands-on Technical PM role requiring strong understanding of Facets claims, Medicaid workflows, testing cycles, and defect/root cause management.

Candidate Screening Questions needed with submission

1. Have you managed projects involving TriZetto Facets (Core and/or XC), specifically for claims processing or custom claims logic? Please describe your role and level of technical involvement.
2. Have you directly managed large cross-functional teams (20+ resources), including QA/Testers and Systems Analysts on claims or Medicaid projects? How were teams structured?
3. Have you led Medicaid claims initiatives involving defect remediation, root cause analysis, impacted claims identification, and regression/UAT cycles? What types of issues did you oversee?
4. How have you coordinated work between Systems Analysts, Facets Developers, and QA teams to move from analysis fix testing release?
