Position Summary... The Sr Manager, Shopper - Last Mile Delivery will play a pivotal role in the Shopping Strategy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on-time and in-full. This position involves understanding store complexities and setting a roadmap to reduce defects within the shopping trip, such as nil picks, no locations, checkout audits, and controlled item access.
What you'll do... What You Will Do: - Technology and Process Management : Work with technology and processes to see initiatives from concept to scaling, requiring high ownership and bias for action.
- User Interface Development : Enhance the shopper experience by developing and presenting user interfaces.
- Checkout Capability Support : Reduce friction for shoppers during the checkout process, ensuring proper controls that support store associates.
- Customer Touchpoints : Optimize engagements at various customer touchpoints like substitutions and amends to orchestrate a positive experience.
- Business Opportunities : Identify and leverage business opportunities by extending shopper capabilities and aligning stakeholders to realize value.
- Future Concepts : Help set future concepts, including new store/format configurations, and iteratively progress towards that vision.
What You Will Bring: - Proven experience in data sourcing and analysis.
- Strong ability to create and understand business cases.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to connect data and feedback to organizational goals.
- Effective project management skills, including stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in technology application, particularly in UI/UX.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
