About the Role
We are searching for a warm, engaging, and organized Site Director to lead our licensed before and after-school program at Indian Lane Elementary School in Media, PA. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a school-based setting, and is ready to grow their career in early childhood or elementary education.

Your Impact
As Site Director, you’ll:

• Lead a team to implement daily programming in a licensed before and after-school setting
• Build strong relationships with school staff, families, and children of all ages
• Maintain compliance with state licensing standards (DHS/OCDEL), including staff files, ratios, and safety protocols
• Supervise and mentor site staff, scheduling and training as needed
• Communicate regularly and effectively with your Area Director, school administration, and families
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset

Required Qualifications (Per PA DHS Licensing Regulations)
To qualify, you must meet one of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Ed, or a Human Services field, plus 1 year of experience with children
• Bachelor’s Degree (non-ECE) with 30 credits in ECE or related field, plus 2 years of experience with children
• Associate’s Degree in ECE or related field plus 3 years of experience with children
• Associate’s Degree (non-ECE) with 30 credits in ECE or related field plus 4 years of experience with children

Transcripts will be required for verification.

Preferred and Highly Valued Clearances

• Child Abuse Clearance
• PA Criminal Background Check (PATCH)
• FBI Fingerprints – DHS version (not Department of Education)
• NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry)
• Mandated Reporter Training
• Physical and TB Test (within 2 years, DHS form preferred)
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Schedule: Split-Shift - *Must report for both shifts*

• Monday–Friday, 26 hours per week
• Morning shift: 6:50 AM – 8:45 AM
• Afternoon shift: 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
