Job Description: This position is to do body work and paint on vending machines. Auto painting experience is very compatible. We are seeking a skilled Metal Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing of metal components. The Metal Painter will be responsible for applying various coating materials to metal surfaces using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, using Bondo and applying primers as necessary, etc..
• Select and mix paint colors and coatings according to specifications.
• Apply paint or other coatings to metal surfaces using spray guns
• Ensure proper adhesion, coverage, and finish quality.
• Operate painting equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition.
• Monitor drying times and temperature conditions to optimize paint application.
• Inspect finished products for defects and touch up as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Metal Painter or similar role, such as auto body repair and painting
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, body putty dent and fill experience
• Strong knowledge of painting tools and equipment, including spray guns and paint mixing systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to painting and coating applications.
• Certification or training in painting techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
