Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in American Fork, Utah. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, contributing to informed decision-making processes. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and communication will play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret diverse data sets to uncover insightful patterns and trends. - Develop and maintain data reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. - Create and present clear, actionable reports that support strategic business decisions. - Implement data integration mechanisms to streamline processes and improve operations. - Utilize Python libraries to enhance data analysis capabilities. - Ensure database normalization and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval. - Apply advanced Excel techniques, including macros and pivot tables, to manipulate data effectively. - Engage in discussions with clients and vendors to define data needs and communicate findings. - Propose innovative ideas to enrich data quality and improve reporting processes Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. - Proficiency in SQL query writing and database concepts. - Strong skills in data interpretation and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. - Hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros and pivot tables. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills for collaboration and presentation purposes. - Familiarity with data integration processes and systems.
