We’re Looking for a Mom Fitness Coach

If you’re passionate about helping new and experienced mothers regain strength, boost energy, and embrace movement safely—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead virtual one-on-one fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions tailored to prenatal, postpartum, and mom-life stages
• Design and deliver personalized workout plans emphasizing core recovery, pelvic-floor health, functional strength, and stress relief
• Educate clients on safe exercise techniques, breathwork, and modifications for diastasis recti or recovery from C-section
• Offer live & on-demand group classes and webinars on topics like “Rebuilding Core Strength” and “Mom & Baby Movement”
• Provide ongoing accountability, adjusting routines based on progress, feedback, and changing needs
• Document session notes, workout milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold certification in fitness instruction, pre-/postnatal exercise (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent)
• Have hands-on experience coaching mothers through safe, effective workouts
• Are trauma-informed, empathetic, and motivational in your coaching style
• Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
• Want to focus on coaching outcomes—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
