Step into the spotlight as our newest Iron Dome Manufacturing Coordinator at the Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV). If engineering excellence and innovation excite you, then you're about to find your perfect workplace. Your mission? Drive excellence in managing the production of the Iron Dome's complex subsystems including AURs, Canisters, Motors, and more. As a central liaison, you'll collaborate closely with suppliers, client representatives, and a versatile mix of internal teams.

Note: Mandatory US Citizenship due to clearance requirements (SECRET or higher).

Passionate? Do These Tasks:

• Lead strategic efforts in shifting production insights to prospective suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to assess and enhance supplier facilities and operations.
• Guide Technical Data Packages (TDP) through regulatory board checks.
• Evaluate cost implications from Engineering Change Notices.
• Strategize on supplier risks through report assessments.
• Collaborate on AS9102 Inspections with Quality assurance teams.
• Present compelling updates to leadership about project status.
• Facilitate smooth communication of technical perspectives with global clients.
• Mentor team members through comprehensive peer reviews.
• Champion standardized processes and business systems implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or related field
• 5+ years in aerospace or defense sectors
• Insight into manufacturability and production processes
• Presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
• Solid grasp of configuration management practices
• Advanced problem solving
• Proficient in Office applications
• Eligibility for Secret level clearance; US Citizenship necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Secret Clearance in active status
• Comprehensive experience within aerospace/defense environments
• Engagement with international aerospace partners
• Familiarity with CCA manufacturing and electrical testing
• Broad understanding of diverse producibility methods
• Interpretation of GD&T standards
• Exposure to classified areas
• "Build to print" collaboration during product assembly
• Extensive background in manufacturing engineering principles
• Interfacing with enterprise systems like ERP or EVMS
• Dynamic engagement with leadership

Travel: Approximately 15% primarily within the United States.
