Level: Investment Banking Analyst 2/3

Compensation + Bonus: Analyst (200-260k)

Oaklands Global is proud to partner with two prestigious bulge bracket banks in their search for a talented Analyst with strong Tech/Software M&A experience, ideally gained at an elite boutique or leading investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team based in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
• Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
• Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing.
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years M&A experience at a leading Investment Bank/Elite Boutique.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics from a top tier schools.
• Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills.
• Team player with competitive drive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proven quantitative and technical skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations.
