Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and presentable. Your exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing a pleasant experience for our guests during their stay. Room Attendants Responsibilities

1. Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
   
2. Strip beds, change linens, and make beds in accordance with established hotel standards.
   
3. Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
   
4. Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
   
5. Empty trash and replace garbage bags in guest rooms and common areas.
   
6. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the housekeeping supervisor.
   
7. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform the housekeeping supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
   
8. Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and other hotel textiles.
   
9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and your guests.
   
10. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
    

Requirements

Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
   
2. Previous experience in housekeeping within the hotel hospitality industry is preferred.
   
3. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures.
   
4. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
   
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
