VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Fiberglass Technician for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM.

This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity.

Schedule is Mon-Friday 7am-3:30 pm.

Pay is $18 per hour.

As a Fiberglass Technician, you will:

• Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on aircraft components to ensure structural integrity.
• Apply wet lay-up techniques using epoxy resins and fiberglass or carbon cloth.
• Utilize tooling and fixtures to facilitate accurate and effective repairs.
• Assist with pre-preg, vacuum bagging, and spray painting tasks as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Fiberglass Technician candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• At least 1 year of experience in fiberglass or composite repair.
• Proficiency with wet lay-up techniques, epoxy resins, and fiberglass or carbon cloth.
• Familiarity with pre-preg and vacuum bagging processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
