We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all events run smoothly and reflect the standards of excellence that Beloform is known for. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Support in preparing event materials, documentation, and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
Help maintain event timelines, task lists, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate vendors, supplies, and setup arrangements as needed.
Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure seamless execution.
Contribute to improving event processes and enhancing the attendee experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company during events.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and deadlines.
Competitive salary: $51,000 – $55,000 annually.
