Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of client events. This role plays a key part in event coordination, logistics management, vendor communication, and on-site support. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and eager to contribute to seamless event operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
Support logistics including venue preparation, vendor arrangements, and materials tracking
Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
Help prepare event documentation, reports, and checklists
Contribute to setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Ensure all event elements are delivered to a high standard of quality
Provide administrative and operational support to the events team as needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight timelines
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Professional presentation and client-service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekend events as needed
