Job Description

QUALITY BISTRO  is seeking experienced  Full and Part Time Polishers/FOH Support Staff to join our team! 

Position Summary: A Polisher/FOH Support Staff plays a key role in maintaining smooth service by efficiently stocking, polishing, and cleaning service-ware, tables, chairs, and other FOH areas before, during, and after service. This role supports overall restaurant cleanliness, including light restroom checks, and interacts with guests and team members in a polite, professional manner to help ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Position Requirements:

• Arrive on time and report to the assigned station as directed by the MOD.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining fully stocked service stations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout service.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware across all service stations and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations; prepare coffee and tea beverages per company standards.
• Perform regular restroom checks and restock supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
• Support overall FOH cleanliness, including tables, service stations, and high-traffic areas throughout the shift.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and consistently strive to exceed expectations.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with DOH and CDC guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform policies and assist in controlling waste and supporting operational efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks and side-work as assigned by management.
