### Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial statement audits and attest engagements in compliance with relevant standards.
- Assist with audit wrap-up and review, including finalizing work papers and checklists.
- Review draft financial statements and related audit documents.
- Report audit findings and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members as needed.

### Qualifications
- Recent public accounting experience (within the past five years).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Active CPA license required.
- Strong proficiency in:
- U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards
- Must be a resident of the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
