POSITION: Business Continuity Consultant (Business Analyst)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (Also open to Chandler AZ, Christiana DE, Jacksonville FL, Chicago IL, Charlotte NC, Hopewell NJ, Scranton PA, Fort Worth TX, Plano TX, & Richmond VA)

SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm (onsite training and will change to Hybrid after training finished 3days in office, 2 from home)

PAY RANGE: $46.18 hourly paid weekly.

ASSIGNMENT: 09/22/2025 to 2/27/2026

Details: As a Business Continuity Consultant, the contractor will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings with line of business Subject Matter Experts to obtain updated content for existing Business Impact Analyses, Business Recovery Plans, and corresponding test scripts. The contractor will update systems of record with the information obtained from the line of business and remediate quality control findings.

Skills: Candidate must have experience facilitating meetings with various levels of management and be comfortable communicating compliance requirements and recommendations based on job specific training
Prior experience in a business continuity role or project management role is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
