We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisors (2nd Shift & 3rd Shift)

Location: Â Apex, NC
Open Roles:

• 1x 2nd Shift (2 PM – 1 AM EST)

• 1x 3rd Shift (10 PM – 8 AM EST)

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates through strong coaching, feedback, and support

• Manage inventory control systems — think cycle counts, stock accuracy, and smooth rotation

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and fulfillment processes to hit performance goals and SLAs

• Champion a safety-first culture — lead safety trainings and enforce compliance

• Partner with supply chain teams and clients to streamline layouts and workflows

• Monitor KPIs and create performance reports for operational insights

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and lower operational costs — and then make it happen

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in warehouse/logistics

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Solid command of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools

• Proven ability to lead teams, juggle multiple priorities, and hit deadlines

• Client-focused mindset with strong prioritization skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities — you know how to get your message across

• Forklift certified and well-versed in OSHA safety standards

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a Pharmaceutical Warehouse

• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement training

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) — a big plus for supporting a diverse team

• Familiarity with automated warehouse systems or cutting-edge logistics tech

• Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics
