We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Maintain and update client databases and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of sports industry is a plus
