We are seeking a transaction coordinator to assist our rapidly expanding real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate all aspects of contracts, including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. • Schedule 30-day, 90-day, and 120-day client customer service follow-up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and referrals
• Attend the closing process to assist and schedule important information like moving times
• Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Acquire seller approval for all offers and counters made by the buyer so the entire process for our clients is completed in a timely manner
• Input all client information into the client database system, submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
• Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately
• Real estate license preferred
• Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience
