Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do - Play a critical role in scaling Archer's growth by providing full-life cycle recruiting support of new hires across multiple teams that will transform the future of urban air mobility
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates for niche technical roles
- Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience and motivations
- Craft and distribute effective job descriptions to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates
- Partner with recruiting operations, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs
- Provide exceptional candidate experience while championing Archer's culture and employment brand
What You Need - 4+ year of experience in a high volume, fast paced support role
- Experience Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Keeping a growth mindset with a positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on ad hoc recruiting projects
Bonus Qualifications: - Experience within the Aerospace industry or EV automotive is highly preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
This role requires a regular on-site presence at our headquarter in San Jose, CA. with an expected in-office schedule of approximately three days per week.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $70-$75/hr. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
