As the Office Spa Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the highest quality spa experience for clients. As the face of our company, you will ensure each and every client has a pleasurable and relaxing experience. You will be in charge of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as managing our office operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Ensure that the spa is providing the highest standards of service possible, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the facilities, ensuring that all equipment and rooms adhere to spa regulations and health codes • Manage the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling of clients, staff, and other duties • Monitor and control the inventory of spa products and supplies, tracking the Budget and Expenses • Marketing tasks as needed • Bookkeeping Qualifications: • 5+ years of high-end service or office management experience in a spa or medical office setting • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Open to Close schedule • US work authorization • Experience in supervising teams and maintaining full staff at both locations • Experience in monitoring the budget and expenses • Managing the budget for both locations, Cambridge and Norwood • Bookkeeping About Company: At Restorative Massages & Wellness, we believe that true luxury lies in the details.
