Role Overview
The ServiceNow IRM Integrated Risk Management Engineer is responsible for designing configuring and implementing IRM modules within the ServiceNow platform This role supports enterprise risk compliance and audit functions by automating workflows and integrating risk data across systems
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules such as
Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management
Customize UI elements forms fields lists dashboards portals and automate workflows using clientserver scripts
Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems for data exchange eg CMDB SAP Microsoft Intune
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct peer reviews testing unit integration UAT and prepare release documentation
Ensure compliance with secure coding practices and ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills
Strong handson experience with ServiceNow IRM and ITSM modules
Proficiency in GlideRecord GlideForm GlideAggregate and other ServiceNow APIs
Experience with GRC frameworks SOX NIST ISO 27001 etc
Familiarity with access control models RBAC ACLs
Ability to design and implement risk and control frameworks
Strong understanding of enterprise governance risk and compliance processes
Certifications Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM or GRC
