**Purpose and Objective:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Distribution team. In this role, you will represent our organization's value by ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, building trusted relationships with intermediaries, and facilitating growth opportunities. You will lead a variety of US Pension Risk Transfer transactions, ranging from simple to complex, and demonstrate a strong understanding of RFP and PRT processes and products. As the main point of contact and transaction lead, you will manage the production and delivery of bid materials, maintain relationships with external parties, and coordinate projects across internal departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and produce responses to RFPs, ensuring high-quality proposals are submitted on time.
- Act as project manager for each transaction, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage the PRT deal pipeline, conducting detailed analyses of RFPs to identify the best opportunities and presenting findings to senior management.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, utilizing market knowledge and bid feedback, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PRT intermediaries, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Respond to stakeholder requests, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Prepare visually appealing and innovative documents that align with our brand and values, collaborating with external stakeholders to present our value proposition.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and relevant regulations throughout the PRT transaction process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and sharing knowledge within the team.
- This position is hybrid, with occasional travel to our Stamford or Maryland office for major team events and training.
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in the financial, investment, or insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role. Experience in Pension Risk Transfer is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, actuarial science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level individuals, both internally and externally.
- Capacity to understand complex technical content and translate it into accessible information for clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support sound decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet and Workfront is a plus.
- Must obtain a Life Insurance License within 90 days of hire.

**Compensation:**
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $98,000 - $139,900 annually, with a bonus target of 15% of the base salary, subject to performance.
**Location:**
This role can be remote or hybrid, based in Stamford, CT, or Frederick, MD. Please note that this position is not available for candidates located in Colorado.
