Job Title: Secret-Cleared ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Chantilly, VA (Onsite)
Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum)
Job Summary:
Alldus are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our client's team in Chantilly, VA , supporting mission-critical systems and workflows for federal clients. This position requires an active Secret clearance and involves full-time onsite work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a secure and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Implement workflows and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer or legacy workflow editor.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions by security policies.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for ServiceNow-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity standards and documentation procedures.
- Participate in change management and release planning meetings.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and change logs.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance (DoD) – mandatory .
- 1+ years of hands-on experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow system administration, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
