Job Description

Role: SAP Patching Analyst

Location: Ausitn, TX

• SAP ABAP 2 5 Years Is Required
• SAP Basis 2 5 Years Is Required
• SAP Security At least 1 year Is Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing custom ABAP programs and objects for compatibility with S/4HANA 2025.
• Remediate obsolete or incompatible code, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Support pre upgrade tasks such as cleaning up unreleased transport requests and activating inactive objects
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and test RICEFW objects as per the upgrade scope and post hypercare requirements.
• Assist in the upgrade of SAP S/4HANA and other integrated components as per the guidelines in S/4HANA 2025 upgrade release note.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

SAP BASIS:

• Proficient in below BASIS operations with at least 2-5 years experience.
• SAP application administration
• SAP application performance assessment
• Fiori Implementation and administration
• At least two S4HANA Upgrades/conversion experience
• Performing readiness check
• Performing Simplification check

SAP Security:

• Proficient in below Security operations with at least 1 Year
• Role Administration
• Role creation (single/Composite)
• GRC administration
• Fiori Catalog & Group administration and building/administering Security role
• Fiori Spaces and Pages administration and building/administering security role
