Role Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ (possible hire in 2026 when she has headcount)
Business driver: Sr. SF Dev LOA indefinitely. Current technical architect + developer swamped with P0 projects. Team is drowning and they need additional help.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Coding/Admin: 80%/20%
- They are in the middle of an ERP migration: NetSuite to Oracle Cloud
- Newest M&A (Ireland) migrating them off SF Cloud to SF Gov't Cloud; need all custom everything. Go-Live 9/22
- Support tech arc as well as serve as backup for ERP
- At risk roadmap:
- Lead management completely dormant, need to get this off ground.
- Flow triggering, notifications, setting-up rules, enabling 80-90% out of box lead management
Must-haves :
- Hands on development experience: Apex, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Formulas, Flow, Approval Processes, Validation and Assignment Rules
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- GitHub
- Salesforce Gov't Cloud Plus
- CRMA tools and methodologies (CRM Analytics - formerly known as Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics).
- Can maneuver from admin support to coding builds with deep expertise in Sales/GovCloud
- Highly autonomous
Plus:
- Service Cloud will strongly consider conversion
- Security Clearance
- DocuSign CLM implementation, e-signature, creating/editing workflows and understanding the integration between the two systems
