These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will manage and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold exceptional standards to deliver quality outcomes while fostering meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant

- One or more of the following Certinia certifications: PSA Implementation Consultant, PSA System Admin

- Proven success in functional and technical capacities

- Demonstrating substantial stakeholder engagement and feedback incorporation

- Managing Salesforce platform configuration and customization

- Producing integrated solution architecture with Certinia PSA

- Working with Business Architect to translate requirements

- Configuring packaged solutions on Salesforce platform

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
