Salesforce Administrator Entry Level

Role: Salesforce Administrator

Location: United States (Remote)

Visa Status: US Citizen / Green Card / H1B / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / OPT / CPT

Pay Rate: $40/hr $65/hr

Travel: Not Required

Responsibilities:

Assist in the configuration, customization, and day-to-day management of Salesforce applications.
Support users by resolving issues, managing permissions, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve visibility into business performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results, and ensure successful feature deployment.
Perform regular system audits, data deduplication, and updates to maintain a clean and efficient CRM environment.
Assist with integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.
Maintain documentation of configurations, business processes, and change logs.
