Role: Salesforce Administrator

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay Rate: $40/hr $65/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, customization, and day-to-day management of Salesforce applications.
• Support users by resolving issues, managing permissions, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve visibility into business performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results, and ensure successful feature deployment.
• Perform regular system audits, data deduplication, and updates to maintain a clean and efficient CRM environment.
• Assist with integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, business processes, and change logs.
