Job Description

SALES OPERATIONS, PROCUREMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY: Based out of our Irvine, California warehouse, we are looking for a Sales Operations, Procurement & Customer Service Manager who will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships with key retail accounts while leading the customer service team to deliver a best-in-class client experience. This individual will serve as the liaison between our top wholesale partners and internal departments to ensure seamless communication, service execution, and long-term business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Barton Perreira retail & wholesale teams on strategic planning and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with Design team, manufacturers & distributors to align on GTM needs.
  • Analyze sales data, trend report, and sales forecasts to anticipate product needs. Manage procurement and manufacturer’s purchase orders.
  • Maintain customer and product database maintenances.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Lead the customer service, quality control & logistic teams in delivering high-touch support to wholesale and retail clients.
  • Oversee order processing, returns, and inquiries with a focus on timely, professional resolution.
  • Optimize customer service, quality control and logistic processes for efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated issues with proactive problem-solving and thorough follow-up.
  • Collaborate with design, sales and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or customer service, ideally within luxury fashion, eyewear, or accessories.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
  • Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).

The hiring range for this position ranges from $75,000-95,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
