**Job Title: Room Attendant**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a proactive individual with high standards of cleanliness and a strong commitment to hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrivals.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and refreshment items.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Perform general cleaning of hallways, lobbies, and public areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
- Maintain the integrity of cleaning equipment and supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.
