Read on to see if you may be a good fit. **Location: 3000 2nd Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233** **Hours:** **Friday 1:00am - 7:00am Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am (30hrs a week)** **or** **Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm (24 hrs a week)** **Pay: 16.50 per hour** **Requirements and Competencies:** + **Customer Service / ROI Specialist** is to focus specifically on the role of Customer Service Representative. + Answer phone calls from requesters, look up request details in the online system for status check updates. **Experience:** + **1-3 years of Customer Service experience in a Healthcare environment REQUIRED** + 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health information management or a release of information role.
