At The UPS Store, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing retail team. This position is for our retail locations—not a warehouse or corporate office. You’ll be responsible for managing productivity, profitability, customer service standards, and employee performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are a locally owned franchise group operating 10 locations across Long Island, NY, including Syosset, Jericho, Plainview, Greenvale, Garden City, Garden City Park, Great Neck, Wantagh, Rockville Centre, and Huntington Station.
