About the Position

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager to drive growth and awareness for the Lunit’s Cancer Screening Group’s suite of health solutions across Europe, with a focus on the DACH market. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that amplify our market presence, build relationships with key stakeholders, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B healthcare or technology marketing, with a proven ability to tailor global marketing strategies to the needs and nuances of local markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region, in alignment with global objectives and tailored to the specific needs of the local markets, with a focus on the DACH markets
  • Execute targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online, social media, event, and print channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Partner closely with the product and sales team to provide tools, collateral, and insights that support sales initiatives and increase close rates.
  • Lead content development to position Lunit as a thought leader in the radiology AI space, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Identify industry influencers, partners, and associations to extend Lunit’s thought leadership reach and credibility.
  • Oversee Lunit’s presence at key industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Manage event logistics, booth design, staffing, and lead capture.
  • Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a healthcare marketing role in a B2B and technology domain.
  • Native in German, proficient in English
  • Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts; familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Pardot
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience working in a global, multi-market organization, with the ability to adapt strategies to local markets
  • Knowledge of AI-driven healthcare technologies and familiarity with the latest trends in medical imaging and diagnostics
