Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Middletown Township| Afternoon Shifts

We’re looking for caring and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families throughout Mercer County, NJ . If you’re passionate about helping kids reach their potential and want to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Position Details
Pay: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience & certification)
Schedule: Part-time | Afternoon/Evening shifts (approx. 4–7 PM)
Location: In-home ABA therapy within Mercer County, NJ
Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Communicate effectively with families and team members.
Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Need
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Reliable transportation for local travel within Mercer County
Ability to pass background check
