Job Description
Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a full-time recruiter. The ideal candidate has professional experience and a good track record of finding and hiring candidates for businesses and organizations. This is a full-time hourly position with bonuses offered for good hires.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and edit job descriptions
- Utilize the Hireology account to seek out potential employees
- Utilize your own trade knowledge to seek out potential employees
- Understand the hiring needs of the organization
- Identify the best candidates for hiring across a wide variety of positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Review potential hires with store and corporate management
- Establish and maintain positive rapport with candidates
- Develop a network of potential future candidates
Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience with great hiring for businesses and organizations is strongly preferred.
- Professional Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of the use of computers, office productivity software, and emails.
- Timeliness is a must.
