We will be conducting **OPEN INTERVIEWS **at our Monticello office location **1013 N Main St, Monticello, IN 47960 **for the Production Worker positions between the hours of 1PM-5PM EST on Friday!

Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a specific production process. The goal is to produce a good product with an emphasis on quality, safety and regulatory compliance and legality.

Pay: $16.50/hr

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM
• 2nd Shift: 3PM-11:30PM
• 3rd Shift: 11PM-7:30AM

Duties and Responsibilities: Production Worker

• Understands the operation of production machinery.
• Practices safety procedures
• Communicates maintenance concerns and follow company preventative maintenance schedule.
• Participates in additional training as part of job development as necessary
• The palletizing and packaging finished product.
• Keeping production products filled.
• Inventory Management and Quality Control

Food Safety Responsibilities : Production Worker

• Ensure that all ingredients appear to be free from contamination
• Ensure that the scales used have been calibrated each morning
• Ensure the proper specifications are met with each product
• Verify that all records and all documents are complete

Qualifications: Production Worker

• High school diploma or Equivalency preferred
• Basic understanding and use of math
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Excellent communication skills

You should be proficient in:

• Basic Computer Skills
