Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Production Assistant, where you will play a vital role in the company's daily operations! In this easy-going environment, you will support the Office Manager and Production Manager in ensuring processes run smoothly and customers remain happy. Your customer service experience will be essential as you work directly with realtors, home and property owner to provide a professional experience from the first phone call to the final email.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Office Manager in receiving customer phone calls in a timely manner.
• Answer customer questions about pricing, inspection offerings and more.
• Offer inspections based on customer needs.
• Schedule inspections for customer using our automated, online platform.
• Prepare basic report information for Home Inspectors and Engineers.
• Collect customer digital signature on Inspection Agreement.
• Assist Production Manager in reviewing Home Inspector and Engineer Reports.
• Participate in social media and marketing efforts.
• Follow company processes to ensure timeliness and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes.
• Light Office Cleaning
• Occasional Errand Running (Local)

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service Experience
• Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Jobber, EZ Home Inspection Software and/or Canva
• 2+ Years Experience in Office Administration or Similar Position
• Background or Knowledge in Residential or Commercial Real Estate
• Background or Knowledge in Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.
