Job Summary:
Our client is seeking Process Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties:
- Perform issue resolution with credit card transactions
- Help to track, report, and manage debit card transactions, reissues, and stop payments
- Navigate dashboards, update records, or audit lifecycle data
- Assist with daily production data entry, reconciliation, or status tracking
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience
- Google Suite experience
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Good written and verbal communication on internal communication, such as Slack
- Self-starter, eager to learn
- Customer service within financial services or banking ideally
- Experience within a production-based environment
- Experience working with data and large datasets

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $22.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
