We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal with 0–2 years of experience to join this high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with managing a high-volume personal injury caseload during the pre-litigation phase
• Collect, organize, and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and initial pleadings
• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Manage case files and deadlines to ensure timely processing of claims
• Prepare settlement packages and assist in settlement negotiations
• Support attorneys with client intake and case evaluation

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (experience with systems like Needles, SmartAdvocate, or Clio is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and empathy when working with injured clients
