Job Description

The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations and business strategy of a medical practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, compliance, and positive patient experiences. They manage staff, budgets, and patient scheduling, while also working with physicians and other administrators to achieve business goals.

Education Requirements

4 year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or 5 years experience in an office practice environment at a supervisory level (Required)

Experience Requirements

2 years working in a medical practice environment with at least one years experience at a supervisory level (Required)

1 year insurance and reimbursement, CPT codes, ICD codes and Medicare/ Medicaid compliance procedures (Required)

1 Year Supervisory Experience In a Medical Practice (Required)
