Location and Hours of Position

NO WEEKENDS

Monday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm 

Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Compensation

(LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse)  PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

This is an exempt, salaried position.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with at least two years of clinical experience.

• Previous FQHC and/or management experience preferred
• Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
• Administering Medication
• Previous venipuncture and injection experiencepreferred
• Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
• Computer proficient
