We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient clinic. The right candidate will be a strong leader who can balance people management, patient experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure efficient front-office operations such as scheduling, patient flow, and customer service.
Oversee billing, collections, and insurance processes to support accurate revenue cycle management.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with providers and vendors to improve processes and patient care.
Generate and review reports to track key performance and financial metrics.
Support the use of the clinic’s EMR system and help staff use it effectively.
Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred, but not required.
