Your New Role

You’ll be based in Riverside, CA (92507) and spend your days out in the field transforming homes and businesses with reliable, high-quality water systems. This role is hands-on, independent, and customer-facing. You’re the face of the operation and the reason they’ll call us again.

Your day looks like this :

• Load up your gear and review your schedule at headquarters

• Travel within a 75-mile radius for scheduled installs

• Install water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and related equipment

• Educate the customer and walk them through their new system

• Check in with dispatch after each job and gear up for the next

• 3–5 years of experience in plumbing or water treatment installation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Skilled with hand and power tools

• Proven experience installing water softeners and reverse osmosis systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug test
