• Clinic-based role, with caseload split of about 75% pediatrics, 25% adults
• Collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs who encourage your success.
• Great mentorship provided for new grads or therapists changing settings, PLUS the opportunity for experienced therapists to take on mentorship responsibilities!

Position Highlights

• Provide engaging, personalized therapy for pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families on therapy techniques to support progress at home.
• Contribute ideas that help improve services and shape the clinic’s growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Active or pending AZ Occupational Therapy license.
• Ability to work in person in Tempe, AZ
• Pediatric experience preferred, but mentorship available for motivated therapists!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to therapy.
